Once you’ve made up your mind, complete the form, and I will be getting back to you as soon as possible with a phone call.

Design consult
We’ll connect via call or to go over your vision, styling, and all the details to make your session feel effortless and fun.
03.
Picture time
The big day! We’ll meet, connect, and ease into the session so everything feels natural while I capture your moments.
04.
Delivering photos
Within1-2 weeks we will have a reveal session to go over your images to choose your favorites and design your artwork. Your final images will then be fully edited and delivered with in 1-2 more weeks! (This time frame is not for wedding photos)

Just show up and be yourselves—I’ll take care of the rest 🤍
I’ll guide you the entire time so nothing feels awkward or forced. Even if the kids aren’t in the mood, that’s okay! Some of the best moments come from the in-between, candid interactions.
What should I wear?
Your photos are an investment, so styling plays a big role in the final look.
I provide a style guide along with access to my client closet (for women + some kids pieces) to make this part easy and stress-free.
You’re always welcome to send me outfit ideas—I’m happy to help you pull everything together!
How does your pricing work
Your $250 Session Retainer reserves your session date and includes everything needed to create a personalized experience—from pre-session planning and styling guidance to complimentary access to my client closet and your portrait session.
After your session, we'll schedule a personalized gallery reveal and design consultation where you'll view your softly edited images, select your favorite portraits, and choose the digital collection and heirloom artwork that best fits your home, family, and budget.
This approach allows you to purchase only the images you truly love while creating timeless artwork that will be cherished for generations.

What does the Bostwick Photography experience look like?
I believe your portraits deserve more than just a quick photoshoot—they deserve an experience thoughtfully designed around your family and the memories you want to preserve.
Step 1: Inquiry Call
We'll connect and chat about your vision, answer any questions, and make sure we're the perfect fit for one another.
Step 2: Design Consultation
Once your session is booked, we'll plan all the details together—from location and styling to wardrobe selections and the overall feel of your session. You'll also receive styling guidance and access to my client closet (women + select children's pieces).
Step 3: Your Session
Relax and enjoy your time together! I'll guide you every step of the way, so nothing feels awkward or forced.
Step 4: Gallery Reveal & Ordering Appointment
A few weeks after your session, we'll meet to view your softly edited gallery together. During your reveal, you'll select the digital collection and heirloom artwork that feels right for your family.
Step 5: Final Edits & Delivery**
Once your selections are made, I'll complete the final, detailed edits and begin creating your beautiful heirloom artwork and delivering your digital images.
What is a soft edit?
A soft edit is a lightly adjusted version of your images that allows you to view your full gallery and select your favorite photographs and artwork.
Once your selections are made, each chosen image receives my final, detailed retouching before delivery.
How soon will I receive my pictures?
Your proof gallery will be ready to view approximately 1–2 weeks after your session. During our busiest seasons (Fall and Christmas), turnaround times may be slightly longer.
Once you've selected your favorite images during your gallery reveal and design consultation, your final hand-edited images will be delivered within 1–2 weeks.
**Please note:** Wedding galleries follow a separate delivery timeline, which will be outlined in your wedding agreement.
